Shipping

All of our items here at Pool Assist include FREE delivery in Perth. Products are delivered personally by our staff. We offer installation as well, fill out our service form or chat with us through our live chat for a quote.

If you are purchasing a product from outside of Perth metro area, there may be shipping costs involved so please contact us for a quote on shipping.

Product

Start a live chat with us and we can help you choose. A common misconception with pool pumps is that it is all about matching it to your pool size. Whilst this is true to a certain extend, the main thing you need to consider is matching the pump's power to your filtration. Cartridge Filters and Sand Filters all have specific flow rates in which they can handle, so there is no point in buying a 500L/min pump if your filter only handles 300L/min.

It is important to match your filter to the size of your pump. Filters have flow rates that need to be considered, meaning they will only handle a certain amount of litres per minute. Be sure to check the size of your pump before proceeding with your new filter, alternatively chat with us through our live chat and we will gladly help you find the right match.

Warranty

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your product whilst still in its warranty period, if you have purchased it from us we can take care of it for you. Typically the warranty runs from the date of purchase or installation so your receipt from us will be sufficient. You can get in touch with the manufacturer direct, otherwise start a live chat with us and we can troubleshoot, take a look at the product, and initiate your warranty claim for you.
